Technology enables us to manage three key elements of all the work we undertake:

2. Data capture
3. Client reporting

Over the years we have demonstrated time and time again that we are prepared to invest to ensure that we have the very best in technology. Each project is managed through a defined Project Management System which gives visibility at all times of progress to date and any issues likely to give cause for concern. In turn we are able to advise clients of such circumstances in order that the necessary commercial decisions can be taken.
 
We use a wide range of data capture tools including Hand Held Units and Digital Pens. We also have our own in-house IVR system (Integrated Voice Recognition) which is both flexible and scaleable; leading clients tell us it is the best around.An automated SMS text messaging system is in place so that we can contact all Field Staff within a matter of seconds.

Our target with client reporting is to provide clients with the information they require, in the format they request and in a manner whereby information can be used with as little manipulation as possible.Our web reporting capability is unique.
