People Our Relationship Managers are experienced, knowledgeable and very importantly, focused upon meeting Client objectives set to specific Service Level Agreements. They communicate with Clients at all relevant stages of each activity so as to provide Clients with both confidence and control. In key strategic locations around the country we have a Network of Area Managers; they focus on performance and quality. All are experienced individuals familiar with the services we provide and the retail locations we serve. They add value by way of the strength of their local profile. Being in the business as long as we have we are able to staff all activities from our database of some 8000 field staff. Typically we use 1000/1500 each month. They are well known to us, in regular contact with us, know the way we work, understand the standards that we expect and remain loyal and conscientious at all times. All staff are fully profiled and records of performance are maintained. We can identify staff for different jobs by a variety of criteria thereby enabling us to be certain that we select the right person for your work. Field Staff can access relevant information through the internet on a 24/7 basis. Whilst much of the data we capture is handled in an automated manner we also make available for the use of our Field Staff a unique Helpdesk. If work cannot be completed a telephone call is made to the Helpdesk following which the necessary remedial steps can be taken , once again putting Clients in control. |
